Too busy cooking Christmas dinner? Let us bring some happiness into your morning! We want to treat a lucky follower with delicious baked goods from Wendel’s true food, Organic local coffee from Spent Grounds and handcrafted nut mylk! Could you be more spoiled?

Love the gluten free baked good’s from Wendel’s! They use the highest quality of organic ingredients, and they are own by a family local business (Yes, for supporting LOCAL!)

If you have been following for a while, you know that I paid a visit to Spent Grounds at least twice a week! They are conveniently located next to my work, and they are the only business around with healthy alternatives for lunch! Love every single brand that Karen has in her little roaster, PLUS their coffee it’s excellent!

Last but not least, In my weekly visits to Spent grounds, I became a fan of the LOCAL, handcrafted, fresh nutmeg Mylk! They are dairy free, made with raw, organic ingredients! PDS: Jillian Harris seems to be a fan of it!

What makes my Monday’s better!

I can’t believe it’s been 6 months since I moved to do what I like to do: Marketing. I was not only lucky enough to be hired by a company with a great working environment but also happens to be next to one of my favorite local coffee places!

When I started working at JMC, I was worry about not being able to find good quality coffee close by, and I just found it right there, 5 steps away!! And the best part? they also happen to sale all of this organic, gluten-free, vegan, LOCAL products.. SCORE!!!

Spend Grounds is not only good for their coffee, they also have the best company values, they love supporting local and they do care about our planet. The owner Karen, even tho she is super successful, is the most down to earth girl on the planet! And everything makes sense when you meet her beautiful mom, who spend her time helping the kids in Mexico!

This cool coffee roaster is hosting a Vegan appreciation event next Saturday, July 14 from 10 to 2PM and all of their amazing suppliers are going to be there, so I’m partnering with them to give away a gift basket that contains their amazing organic coffee ( and many things more ) and a $50 store credit for you to try their treasures! Some of my favourite products are their 2guyswithknives meals, NutmegMylk, SayhelloSweets ice cream ( perfect for this weather ) Hoochybooch and the black sheep vegan cheese!
