The Teal Pumpkin Project

Healthy Halloween candies

Well, my dear followers, October is finally here, and we all know what that means.. it’s candy time!

I remember last year when one of my friends told me she spent $300 bucks on Halloween candies at Costco, and I was like WHAT? You spent how much? And let’s not forget all of those mom’s who their kids have many allergies, and they have to check the whole bag making sure they are safe for their kids.

I don’t want to be that mom that doesn’t let their kids eat candies, they do eat candies once in a while, Halloween is one of those days but to be honest? They don’t even know the difference between a good candy and a bad one, that’s why I decided that this year, I want to have in my house smart options for them. YES, my kids are going to eat their sugar this year, but why not to choose a better/safer option for everyone?
