Things have been crazy for me lately! Super busy with work, super busy with the kids, super busy with everything! The only thing that keeps me on track is my Wellness and self-care routine! During the week, I do have little moments here and there but Sundays afternoons is when I do the whole thing.
Below I’ll walk you through what my typical Monday-Saturday and I’ll make one list for my Sundays:
Monday to Friday:
*Woke up, meditation and affirmations. I also like to write in my 5 min. journal the 3 things I’m more grateful for.
*Skincare! I haven’t had botox in a year lol! so I’m paying extra attention on giving my skin what it needs.(I’m sharing what I’m using currently at the end of this post)
*Coffee, Collagen and Vitamins!
*Lunch time, is workout time for me! I try to do HIIT 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week.
*If I’m working from home I like to turn on my SAJE diffuser!
*Saturdays, I’ll make trips to the local farms with the kids, or any activities that involved quality time with them.
*I take a day off for workouts
*I go to church with the kids
*I give myself a facial with a nice mask and then derma rolls
