There was only 1 thing that I didn’t want my kids to have from me, and that is my love for food LOL! This is a big fact about me and something that is never going to change.
My journey to a healthy lifestyle started almost 10 years ago. Someone in my family became very sick and that was the wakeup call I needed.
I took a Wellness Coach certification program and became obsessed of finding the best healthy alternatives from everything I was consuming. From ketchup to the cleaning products I was using.
Nature’s Fare became my Disneyland and became so passionate on being healthy instead of “skinny”.
I started to read labels and where the food was coming from. Local was my to go to, as I wanted my food to be as fresh as possible.
When Mia was born, I decided that I will let her enjoy whatever she wanted with moderation. I was a kid that it was always restricted, and I guess that’s where my love for food came from.
I knew that there is always a healthy alternative for everything we eat, and that we do not need to limit ourselves or our kids.

I LOVE this company and their allergen-friendly products. Even though my kids do not have any allergies, they are great healthy snacks. Their cookies and bars are made with natural ingredients and without processed sweeteners.
“Eat as closest as nature as possible” that was the mantra of my wellness coach certification. My kids are not veggie lovers, but they do love fruit. Apples, blueberries, strawberries and bananas are in their everyday life.
These are our favourite summer snacks! They use only clean ingredients, are organic, and they are also gluten and dairy free! You can taste the real fruit in them! They are so refreshing and perfect alternative for those regular freezies full of sugar.
Spent Grounds Granola
I’m obsessed with this granola and my kids are too. I cannot pick up the kids if I don’t have a snack on my bag. I’ve been bringing them my left overs of the granola and they love it lol!
I’m not super happy about it because the kids make a mess, but they are better than chips. I like to add some peanut butter and my kids LOVE them.
