Morning! It’s thanksgiving here in Canada, and I woke up early to prepare some Shepherd’s pie ( recipe here https://athenasangulo.com/2016/10/08/thanksgiving-menu/ ) I wanted to make something vegetarian and fancy but we had ground beef in the freezer that I didn’t want to waste so I decided to give it a try! I also want to try to make it to church, as I think that’s the most important thing lol! I was raised Catholic, and I guess I’m mostly Catholic even tho not 100%, but whenever I go to Catholic church I feel like home so, I believe that’s were I belong, anyways, a couple weekends ago I decided that I wanted to start this tradition of going every Sunday to the Ihope close to my home and then to the church. I love Family traditions and apart of going every summer to the drive in cinema in Langley, we do not have one, so now that our family is complete, I want to star some new traditions, something that makes us closer and that our grandchildrens if we have some day, can do with us.. I know.. I know.. Mia it’s not even 3 and I’m talking about grand childrens lol! Sometimes I think too far in the future but I try to enjoy our present as well! This thanksgiving I’mm grateful for being healthy, have a healthy family, have food in the table, roof where to cover and amazing friends that makes my life even better. I’m grateful for all the people that came to my life temporary and taught me a lesson. I hope you guys have an amazing dinner and if someone found an amazing recipe to share please send it to me! Happy thanksgiving all!
