I haven’t really have time to cook. Sunday it was the bautism, yesterday we came home around 6:30 and we went biking to the market to get some salmon for Mia’s dinner. Go biking it’s a seriously a good idea, it’s a win win win.. You exercise, spend fun time with your family and do groceries all at the same time! Mia loooves Salmon, and I love that she loves it so I try to buy as often as possible. But today I want to share with you one of my favourite recipes that I have on my facebook page. I created this page to add all the new recipes that I try so whenever I am lost of what to cook I have a plce to go, it is my online book recipe. This detox soup is full of iron, antioxidants, zinc, protein, vitamin B, folic acid and more. Ingredients: 1 cup or organic lentils, 3 cups of water, himalayan salt, 4 tomatoes, coconut oil, garlic, 1 onion and celery. In a pot add the coconut oil, garlic and onion for around 5 min or until golden, add the rest of the ingredients until cook. That’s it! That simple! And you bring lots of nutrients for you and your family. Happy Wednesday everyone! Pds: add some cilantro and avocado at the end!!
