Ingredients: 1 box of organic gluten free Macaroni, 1 small onion, 3/4 coconut milk, mozarella cheese, steam broccoli ( left overs for yesterday’s recipe ) carrots, sweet potato, parmesan cheese, organic vegetable broth, himalayan pink salt, butter. Cook the macaroni according to instructions with the vegetable broth, ones it’s done, heat a pan with butter, add the rest of the ingredients starting with the veggies. Serve!
